A place to slow down, listen, and choose what truly matters
If you’re considering working with me, whether online or in person, I want you to know how this work begins — and what you can expect.
Before we focus on techniques, goals, or change, we start by getting a clear sense of you as a whole person.

Your wants.
Your needs.
Your desires.
Your limits.
Your current capacity.

Together, we take time to understand what feels most important right now — not what you think you should work on, not what others expect of you, but what is genuinely asking for attention in your life.
Choice, agency, and learning goals

From a place of clarity, I support you in choosing a learning focus for our work together.

Rather than being led by a fixed protocol or diagnosis, you’re invited into an ongoing process of deciding:

  • What you want to understand more deeply
  • What you want to relate to differently
  • What feels like a meaningful next step

You’re always held as an active leader and authority in this process. My role is not to tell you what your priority should be, but to help you listen closely enough to recognise it for yourself.

From there, we shape each session in a way that supports:
  • Nervous system regulation
  • Radical acceptance of your current experience
  • A growing sense of agency and choice
This might look like conversation, somatic practices, coaching, or hands-on bodywork (when working in person). The form follows what best supports you — not the other way around.
How I work with sex, intimacy, and relationships

Many people come to this work because of challenges around sex, intimacy, or relationships — whether that’s feeling disconnected from desire, stuck in familiar patterns, struggling with shame or anxiety, or simply wanting something more fulfilling and alive.

I don’t approach these experiences as problems to be fixed. Instead, we explore them as intelligent responses shaped by your history, your nervous system, and the relational environments you’ve lived in. Together, we listen for what these patterns are communicating, and what support they need in order to soften, shift, or reorganise.

The guiding question here isn’t:
“What’s wrong with me?”

But rather:
“What’s trying to take care of me — and what else might now be possible?”
Online and in-person work

Online coaching

Online sessions offer a focused, accessible space to explore sex, intimacy, relationships, and embodiment from wherever you are in the world.

This work can include:
  • Somatic and nervous-system-oriented coaching
  • Exploring relational and sexual patterns
  • Cultivating sexual energy and mindful choice with arousal
  • Developing tools for regulation, presence, and choice
  • Integrating insights into daily life and relationships

In-person coaching and bodywork (Lisbon & Algarve - subject to availability)

When we work in person, sessions may also include client lead, hands-on bodywork, always grounded in clear communication, consent, and choice.

In-person work can support:
  • Deeper sensory awareness and embodiment
  • Working directly with tension, holding, or collapse in the body
  • Practising boundaries, pacing, and relational presence
  • At every stage, you’re invited to stay connected to your own yes, no, and maybe.
A soulful, non-judgmental approach

No matter what you arrive with, my approach is grounded in curiosity rather than pathology.

Some people come because they’re struggling — with sex, relationships, anxiety, habits, or life transitions. Others come because something is already working, and they sense there’s more depth, ease, or aliveness available.

A question I often invite people to consider isn’t:
“Are things bad enough to need support?”
But:
“Could my relationship with myself and others be more connected, more spacious, or more true?”

Rather than focusing only on a presenting issue, we look at the wider context of your life — where things need to be felt, named, adjusted, or supported differently.

Crisis, growth, and possibility

Times of difficulty, confusion, or transition can feel overwhelming — and they can also open powerful opportunities to know yourself more deeply and choose how you want to live and relate.

Whether you’re navigating a challenging moment, or you feel ready to grow into a next chapter of your life, this work offers a place to meet yourself with honesty, support, and care.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Is this work for you?

I work with people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship configurations.
If you’re curious about working together, the next step is usually a conversation — a chance for us both to sense whether this feels like a supportive and appropriate fit.

You’re welcome to reach out, ask questions, or explore available options, lets start with an email of clarity call.
Who this work is for

This work may be a good fit for you if you’re feeling a pull to understand yourself more deeply — not because something is “wrong,” but because something in you is asking for attention, care, or change.

People often come to this work when they’re:

  • Feeling disconnected from their body, desire, or sense of aliveness
  • Struggling with sex, intimacy, or relationships in ways that feel confusing, repetitive, or stuck
  • Carrying shame, tension, anxiety, or self-judgment around sexuality or closeness
  • Wanting to relate to porn, masturbation, or sexual habits with more choice and less compulsion
  • Navigating life transitions, relationship changes, or moments of reorientation
  • Curious about embodiment and nervous system work, but unsure where to begin
  • Doing “fine” on the outside, yet sensing there’s more depth, ease, or authenticity available
This work is also for you if you value choice, agency, and collaboration — and want to be involved in shaping the direction and pace of your process, rather than being told what you should work on.

You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal or a neatly defined issue. Part of the work is discovering what matters most to you, and learning how to move toward it in ways your body can actually support.

I work with people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship configurations. What matters most is your willingness to listen, to stay curious, and to meet yourself with honesty and care.

Hi, I am Julian,

I’m a relational bodyworker and somatic coach. I support individuals, couples, and groups — online and in person — to reconnect through their bodies and relate to intimacy, sexuality, and pleasure in ways that feel more grounded, spacious, and alive.

My work centres the nervous system and the body’s own intelligence. I offer a place where you can slow down, tune in, and explore connection without needing to perform, fix yourself, or rush toward change.

  • Multi-dimensional wide-open wonder

I enrolled in a retreat that Julian was co-facilitating, I got introduced to his work, and I got to know him in different dimensions which brought so much into my journey.

He took me on a journey of diving to explore new subjects and go deeper inside to discover more and more about myself.

I went there with curiosity and came out on the other side in wide-open wonder.

One of the things that is still with me to this day, is learning to "Feel and Follow". This represents the journey I was already in, and it expanded even further.
